We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fair service for all our Toronto customers, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Fees (for cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment):

  • Projects up to $500: $175 cancellation fee

  • Projects between $500-1000: $295 cancellation fee

  • Projects over $1000: $395 cancellation fee

Why do we have cancellation fees? Short-notice cancellations create scheduling gaps that prevent us from serving other customers who need furniture assembly services. The fee helps cover:

  • Lost time for our professional assemblers

  • Scheduling coordination costs

  • Opportunity cost of turning away other Toronto clients

How to avoid cancellation fees:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment
