What information do you need for an accurate quote?

What is your appointment cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fair service for all our Toronto customers, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fees (for cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment):
Projects up to $500: $175 cancellation fee
Projects between $500-1000: $295 cancellation fee
Projects over $1000: $395 cancellation fee
Why do we have cancellation fees? Short-notice cancellations create scheduling gaps that prevent us from serving other customers who need furniture assembly services. The fee helps cover:
