What the Guarantee Covers
✅ All furniture assembly and installation services performed by AssemblyMan.ca are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of service completion. All work is performed as per manufacturer specifications and instructions.
This covers any issue arising directly from our assembly process — structural instability, incorrectly fitted components, loose hardware, improper alignment, or any defect resulting from how our technicians assembled or installed your furniture.
Terms of Coverage
- Manufacturer Specifications: All assembly is performed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's provided instructions and specifications.
- Proper Use: Valid only when furniture is used and maintained per manufacturer guidelines after assembly.
- Original Assembly: Applies solely to the original assembly performed by AssemblyMan.ca. Non-transferable.
- Timely Reporting: Issues must be reported within the 30-day period to be eligible.
- Scope: Covers workmanship defects only — how we assembled your furniture, not the furniture itself.
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship — not issues unrelated to our assembly process.
Defects or damage inherent in the furniture's design, materials, or manufacturing process.
Issues from misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications made after our assembly.
Damage from humidity, temperature extremes, direct sunlight, or moisture exposure.
Natural deterioration through regular everyday use of furniture over time.
How to Make a Claim
If you experience a workmanship issue within the 30-day period, the process is simple.

Legal Information
This Workmanship Guarantee is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. AssemblyMan.ca shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of assembled furniture.
This guarantee grants you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction. These guarantee terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
