Built by reputation.
Driven by demand.
Open to the right partner.
You already know who we are — our customers find us the same way yours find you. AssemblyMan has been the GTA's most reviewed home assembly and IKEA installation company since 2010. No advertising. No directories. Just one job done right after another, until the name spreads on its own. We are now building a national partner network for home service specialists who operate the same way.
Built by demand — not by strategy
Our customers follow us — wherever they go
Customers who relocate from the GTA to Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Montréal, and other cities across Canada contact us regularly asking whether we serve their new area. They experienced our work firsthand and want the same result somewhere else.
We serve the GTA and surrounding areas within approximately 150 kilometres. Beyond that, we cannot be there ourselves — but we can connect those customers with companies that work the same way we do.
Depth of focus is what built this — and what we look for
A 5.0 across 685+ reviews comes from specialisation, not despite it. Our career specialists assemble furniture. That is what they do every day, at a level built through years of focused repetition.
When customers ask about kitchen installation, Murphy beds, gazebos, playgrounds, electrical work, or other trades beyond our scope, we send them to the company that does exactly that — every day — to the same standard we hold ourselves to.
What we do — and where you come in
Green: we deliver directly. Blue: partner positions open now.
Partner categories — one per city
Each category below represents genuine, recurring enquiries from our customers that we cannot fulfil directly. One exclusive position per category per city.
How the partnership works
Simple. Documented. Mutually beneficial from day one.
You reach out
Send us your company name, service category, city, and a short intro. We reply to every enquiry — if we see a genuine fit, the conversation goes deeper.
We align on terms
We review your credentials and Google reviews together. If there is a real fit, we agree on everything in writing — category, city, flat fee, expectations. Win-win-win: customers, us, and you.
Referrals begin
Customer enquiries in your category and city come to you — directly from our team and via the contact form on your partner listing on our site.
Monthly billing
We invoice you monthly for every genuine referral sent. 15-day payment by e-transfer. Only real enquiries are billed — no spam, no noise.
Partner requirements
Every referral we make carries the AssemblyMan name. These requirements protect our customers and tell us what kind of business we are working with. All documentation is verified before the first referral is made.
Beyond the paperwork — what we actually look for
The documents tell us you operate legitimately. This tells us whether you operate like we do.
We price at the high end and turn down jobs that don't fit. We're looking for companies who made the same choice.
Not filling a quiet period. We're building this for the long term and need partners who are in it the same way.
Customers updated before they ask. Pricing confirmed before work starts. Problems shared immediately — never after.
A company that does one thing every day at depth will always outperform a generalist who does it occasionally.
Not when the last item is ticked off. Our team doesn't need to be told this. We expect the same from our partners.
Genuine reviews across independent platforms — not managed, not purchased. Exactly what our 685 reviews reflect.
The commercial case — in plain terms
Trust that arrives before you pick up the phone
A referral from a business with 685 five-star reviews on six platforms lands differently than any ad. Customers already trust the source — that trust transfers to you from the first call.
Exclusivity that means something
Every relevant enquiry in your category and city goes to you alone. No competing listing, no alternatives. This is the only version of exclusivity worth having.
Domain reach that took years to build
Our site ranks for competitive home service searches across the GTA and is referenced in AI responses. Partner profiles on our domain inherit that authority directly.
Warm leads — genuine intent, no cold clicks
Every customer who finds us was referred or searched deliberately. They arrive with established trust — not as a click from a retargeting campaign.
Early positions are available right now
Partners in launching cities secure the exclusive slot at introductory rates — before the pages rank and the traffic arrives. First in is the only position.
You only pay for real enquiries
We invoice you per referral sent — spam excluded, only genuine customer contacts. Every referral we forward has our name on it, so we only send leads worth your time.
Three types of partnership
Tier 2 and Tier 3 look similar — the critical difference is exclusivity. Tier 2 can have multiple companies in the same city. Tier 3 has exactly one — permanently.
Fully covered across the GTA — expanding nationally
We have been serving Toronto and the full Greater Toronto Area since 2010 — Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Barrie, East Gwillimbury, Wasaga Beach and everything in between. The GTA is our territory and it is fully covered.
Our customers frequently relocate to Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, and other major Canadian cities — and reach out expecting us to be there. We are building partner capacity in those markets now so we can extend the same level of service beyond our direct reach.
Operating in a city not listed? Contact us — we review partner enquiries from all Canadian markets and will let you know if your area is a fit.
Frequently asked questions
No upfront fees of any kind. We invoice you a flat fee for each genuine referral we send your way — agreed in writing before the first one. Monthly billing, 15-day e-transfer payment.
Tier 2 lists multiple companies per city — enquiries are tracked but not exclusive. Tier 3 is one company per category per city, permanently. Every genuine enquiry goes to you alone. That is the only meaningful difference, and it is a significant one.
We assemble standard furniture but Murphy beds and wall bed systems require structural wall assessment and specialist load-bearing hardware installation — outside our scope. We refer all Murphy bed enquiries to our verified partner network. If you specialise in this across Canada, a partner position is available.
We assemble light patio furniture and small freestanding gazebo kits. Permanent and anchored structures — hardtop gazebos, footed pergolas, louvred roof systems — require a dedicated outdoor specialist. We refer these enquiries to our verified partners every week throughout the season.
We assemble smaller boxed playsets that arrive as self-contained kits. Large multi-tower systems, commercial playground structures, and any installation requiring ground anchoring, poured footings, or safety surfacing are outside our direct scope. Parents trust our referral for their children's safety — we only send them to verified specialists.
Flat rate per genuine referral sent to you — not per completed job. We filter out spam and only bill real customer enquiries. Rates vary by city and category, fixed in writing before the first referral, and do not change without your agreement.
Yes. Separate agreements per city, provided you maintain the required standard in each location. Tier 3 exclusivity is independent per city — you can hold multiple exclusive slots if you operate across markets.
Yes. We receive referral requests across many home and commercial service categories. If your business operates in a related field and meets our standards, reach out and tell us about the fit. We read every enquiry.
Enquire about a position
We read every enquiry and respond to all of them. If we see a genuine fit, the conversation goes into depth from there. We don't fill positions quickly — we fill them correctly. If your business matches what is described on this page, here is how to start.
- Your full name and company name
- Service category and city / province
- How long you have been in business
- Link to your Google Business profile
- 3–5 sentences on why the fit makes sense
All information is treated as confidential. Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed partnership.
