How We “Absolutely Exceeded” Jessica’s Expectations in Oakville

After purchasing a table set, couch, bookshelf and TV stand at Ikea, I did a Google search for assembly services and found IKEAman. From the moment I contacted IKEAman and spoke to Ivan, I was already impressed. He had such a quick response time, answered all my questions promptly and was extremely helpful and friendly. On my scheduled appointment day, John showed up right on time and got to work immediately. He was so quiet and clean with his work the entire time, and took extra care to make sure no debris was left behind on my carpet. I was absolutely amazed that one man could put together all of this furniture in less than 4 hours, when it would have taken me a couple of days even with some friends’ help. To top it off, once John was finished I asked him if he wouldn’t mind helping me with my new TV, and without any questions he set up the TV stand and placed my television for me. He also noticed that I had a 2 small items that I had been planning to assemble myself at a later time, and to my surprise he volunteered to help me with those free of charge. Wow… I was really impressed. Both Ivan and John are amazing and I have already recommended their service to friends who will be purchasing new furniture in the future. Absolutely exceeded my expectations, saved me a huge headache, and I won’t hesitate to call IKEAman again in the future. Best money I’ve ever spent. Thanks Ivan and John :)
