How We Solved Lynda’s Sunday Afternoon IKEA “Desperation”

UNBELIEVABLE!! I just purchased an IKEA bedroom armoire. We spent the better part of a Sunday afternoon trying to put the thing together. In desperation – I did a ‘google’ search for IKEA installers and ‘Ikea Man’ popped up. I sent an email on Sunday evening around 7:00 p.m. – Ivan contacted me immediately (YES – on Sunday evening). He sent John over by 2:00 pm. the next day. Not enough words to describe the service: John was polite / clean / experienced – OH – and the most important thing….he had the job done in less than 1hr. I will definitely be calling Ivan (& John) back to hang my pictures. Definite pros! Thank you for the great service. Linda
