In a few words? Fantastic, reliable, prompt, and professional. Appointments quickly set up by email (with IKEA article numbers included). John arrived on time and set up the pieces in a timely fashion and it’s done right! The work is done on drop cloths that are taken away (along with all the dust from drilling) and boxes that are compressed and taped and any garbage put into a bag ready for disposal. This is my second experience and if I buy more from IKEA I will use IKEA Man again!
