I reached out to Ivan from Mr. Assembly on a Saturday and he promptly returned my email, with a quote regarding the 4 pieces of Ikea furniture that I needed assembled. I needed it done quickly as we were expecting a baby any day, and I got an appointment within a few days, with John, who was an absolute pleasure to have in our house. He was very polite, very clean, and extremely fast and capable! We were all so impressed with how fast and thorough he put together a dresser, two nightstands, and a bed, which has taken my husband an entire DAY to put together in the past!
