The Story Behind Doreen’s “Exceptional” Assembly Experience in Wasaga Beach

Exceptional Service! Ivan answered all e-mails promptly and provided me with an immediate, reasonable quote for assembling four dining room chairs from IKEA. The assembler, John, was ahead of schedule and I was impressed that instead of just having him ‘turn up’ early, Ivan contacted me to see if an earlier time was acceptable or would I prefer the original scheduled assembly time. John (assembler) was wonderful! He mentioned that he loved his job and it showed. Warm and friendly, while being very professional, he assembled my chairs very quickly on the blanket he brought to protect my carpet. Afterwards, he cleaned everything away into the garbage bag he brought with him. This is the ONLY assembly company I would hire in the future and would unhesitatingly recommend their services to others. Doreen P.
