Ivan at Ikeaman provided excellent , prompt, and professional customer service to me from the moment I emailed him with my request. He answered all my questions , as well as informing me Ikea had a personal shopping service ($40) where they pick up your furniture for you. I had originally got my quote based on a sofa and media centre ($165). When I added a coffee table and two end tables, Ivan was kind enough to throw the assembly in for free. John was on time, polite and accurately assembled all my Ikea purchases in 2 hours. Thank you for a great job IKEAMAN. I will use you again :-)
