How Our Aurora Service “Wins Hands Down” Against a Bad Jiffy Experience

We had a very courteous and highly competent assembler from IKEA Man finish a job today that was originally started by a Jiffy assembler about two weeks ago (one who was far from Jiffy or knew what he was doing). Moreover, the IKEA Man price was very reasonable and was consistent with the quote given prior to the job being accepted. This stands in contrast to Jiffy, who refused to give me a quote ahead of time despite our explicit request, so I gambled on that experience, one that I will not repeat.Bottom line is that we have had two very contrasting experiences with furniture assemblers working on the same/similar products within a two week period. IKEA Man wins hands down. I will call them again as they don’t just assemble IKEA furniture — they also service Crate & Barrel, EQ3, etc. Well done, and thanks!
