John came by to help us assemble our Pax. We had purchased one of the larger models and it took him about 4.5 hours. I had high expectations following all the great reviews but I was still impressed by the level of service we received. John made sure everything was perfectly level, offered us advice when we found out 1 of the pieces had been damaged in transit, cleaned up the area after the assembly and cutup all of the boxes. I would not hesitate to call IKEAMAN again for future assemblies.
