Why Jason is “So Glad” He Chose Us Over TaskRabbit in Mississauga

I contacted Ivan after reading many less than stellar reviews of IKEA’s TaskRabbit service. I’m so glad I found AssemblyMan and can’t say enough about Ivan and his staff. I had them assemble a Pax for us. Ivan responded to my emails (many LOL!) promptly every time, answering all my of questions. The room the Pax was installed in just had new hardwood floors installed so I expressed my concerns about the flooring being properly protected and Ivan assured me they would take great care. He sent Michael to do the assembly. He arrived promptly and with everything he needed to complete the job. Before starting we looked at the new floor together to find any pre-existing marks or defects. He then made absolutely sure the floor was properly covered and protected. Then we discussed how he would proceed with the Pax assembly as well as the pros and cons of different ways of mounting the Pax to the wall. Once we had agreed on how the Pax was to be secured he began. During stages of the assembly Michael would have me take a look and explain what he’d done so far. He explained how he made sure the Pax was properly leveled and square (despite our slightly un-square walls). He took great care and took his time yet was efficient. In the end his work was excellent! When he was done, he cleaned the work areas and bundled the cardboard for recycling and gathered all the garbage. Do not hesitate to contact Ivan. I would use them again in a second! They are top notch.
