Why Karen Wrote a Lengthy Review for Our “Exceptional” Toronto Service

This is a lengthy review worth reading. This company is exceptional!! Incredible customer service and excellent workmanship onsite. I contacted 4 companies to assemble an Ikea six drawer dresser. Ivan, owner/assembler at Assembly Man answered my email within 9 minutes. We emailed back and forth and every response was immediate with complete answers. He also displayed a kindness and sense of humour. The email exchange convinced me that Assembly Man was the company for me. The next day, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael, my assembler. He was on time, well prepared for the job, respectful of me and my house, efficient and clean. He is soft spoken and lovely to speak with and also displayed a sense of humour. Out of curiosity, I checked on him a couple times and he was never offended and happy to show me what he was doing. He was so tidy, organized & efficient as he worked. The dresser looked amazing and all drawers functioned properly. Michael was kind enough to remove all garbage/recycling. I had a second dresser that I wasn’t sure I needed (for additional storage) so Michael showed me the drawer space in the first dresser for me to decide if I needed the second one. I determined I did want the second one assembled but of course had not booked that. Michael called Ivan and they were so wonderful to accommodate me. Ivan worked Michael’s next scheduled job so Michael could stay and assemble the second dresser for me!! In my conversation with Michael it was apparent there was a good working relationship between them and Michael mentioned what a wonderful boss Ivan was. I can’t remember the last time I dealt with such a caring and competent company! Well done Assembly Man!! I am so grateful to have found you.
