How We Delivered the “Best Customer Service” for This Client’s Long List

Ivan always responded promptly and patiently to my many emails – this is the best customer service I’ve come across in a long time! John came over to take care of my order and was incredibly efficient, organized and considerate. He cleaned up after each assembly and wall-mounting, and was completely dedicated to getting everything done exactly the way I wanted. He was very patient with all of my requests (I had a long list!) and sincerely tried to make them all work out. He was very open to feedback during and after each set-up and thanks to him, I am much more comfortable in my new home. These guys are the best!
